Cancellation policy

You may cancel your membership at any time before your next billing date to avoid future charges.

If you are charged a recurring payment and no longer wish to continue, please contact us within 3 days of the charge date. We will refund that renewal payment and cancel future billing upon request within that 3-day period.

When you cancel your membership, you will not lose access immediately. Your membership benefits, community access, and resources will remain available until the end of the billing period you have already paid for. Access will be removed once your current paid membership term expires.

Cancellation of your membership will stop future recurring charges but does not automatically qualify previously paid charges for a refund except as outlined above.
